You agree to use LoopLink lawfully, to provide accurate information in anything you post, and to respect the rights of other users. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You must have the right to market the property you list.
• Pricing, size, and availability must be accurate and kept current.
• You must own or be licensed to use every photo you upload.
• We may remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, expired, or in breach of these terms.

No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated harvesting of listing or contact data. No misleading listings, spam, or harassment of brokers, owners, or other users. No attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.

Listings are supplied by owners, brokers, and MLS® data feeds. LoopLink does not verify and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Verify all material facts independently before relying on them in a transaction. Use of MLS® data is subject to the attribution and disclaimer terms reproduced at the bottom of this page.

LoopLink is a listing marketplace. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, appraisal, or brokerage advice, and using the site does not create an agency or brokerage relationship between you and LoopLink.

The LoopLink name, design, and software are ours. Content you post remains yours; by posting it you grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the marketplace and in related marketing of the listing.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, LoopLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing data.
